Meet Ms. Smith,

            Ms. Smith came to Get Right off of a recommendation of a friend of the gym. She was pretty hesitant, she was a clean eater but lacked the motivation to really real her goals in the gym. She met with me for a consultation and told me she has been over 200 pound since she graduated high school, doesn't like the way she feels, looks and lack the energy to work a full time job and had reservations about having enough time to even come to the gym.

I said, " If you can make me 2 simple promises, i can make you the ULTIMATE promise! Its a service so i will need you to sign up, once you sign up simply show up. You have 3 homes (residence, work place and church) you make Get Right your 4th and i guarantee you will reach your goals"

She asked me, " What are your goals for me?"

"My only goal is to ensure that you always have a new goal. If you have a new goal, that means you've already accomplished your old one. But you do realize we are not statue, so you will have to continue making new goals in order to make this a lifestyle and not just drop a couple pounds and give up on yourself"

 

After a month anda half she lost 15 pounds and 11 inches!  She felt as if she was finally getting her life back together and more confidence then she has ever had since high school!

In a 3 short month span while only attending 12 classes a month, she lost over 30 pounds and 19 inches! 

She is STRONGERthen she has ever been, she has learned how to squat properly and has squatted Over 100 pounds, she isn't afraid of push ups; her first day she could do one full push up, now she was able to do 15! She wasn't able to hold or control her own body; her first day she struggled with planks and only had the strength to hold herself up for ONLY 10 seconds, after 3 short months she was able to hold herself up for OVER 2 minutes with no problem! 

 

She has continued this fitness lifestyle and is NOW in the 133's! this lifestyle is not just possible but can be down with just 2 simple task:
