BOOTCAMP

Fun and fast pace group workout that is ideal for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts. Join us for our hour long sessions bootcamps and full body workouts that is sure to help you meet your fitness goals lose pounds and inches, building muscle and creating a whole new lifestyle to fitness. We get a great warm up, then ab circuit, then get into a full body workout, from strength training to endurance. Expect to lift, run, jump, lose weight and have lots of fun pushing yourself to Get Right!!!

SQUATS NOT SHOTS (WOMEN ONLY)

These workout sessions are perfect for women who are ready to earn their dream physique. Get the feeling of achievement with over 100 squats per session using a dynamic set of exercise techniques, created to quickly carve out your dream physique. Squat Queens are made in the Squats not Shots class! This class are for women looking to gain natural curves, smaller waist, tighter abs and an amazing butt. We get into a great ab circuit, body squats then a low body circuit to tone then weighted squats to tighten.

YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING PROGRAM

This program will be used to help every young athlete become prepared to dominate the game! Every athlete must be mentally and physically prepared to endure the sport they play in; male or female, middle or high school, this is where you prepare to win the game!

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Start your training with a former NFL football player, Horace Miller (Seattle Seahawks, Carolina Panthers & Oakland Raiders). Horace is bringing his experience from the pinnacle of sports to Charlotte's youth, middle and high school football players. Learn how to gain speed from an NFL player who ran a 4.44! Learn the fundamentals of football to improve your game and sharpen your speed and agility with sports performance traininng.
